WordPress Dokobit Identity Gateway – Secure electronic identification
An easy solution for your users and customers to login to WordPress/WooCommerce using secure electronic ID.
Setup instructions
Minimum requirements:
- WordPress 5.x
- PHP 7.1 or above
- IonCube Loader / extension
Please note! To use the plugin you will need to:
1. Buy the plugin – direct link: https://clients.xnet.is/cart.php?gid=5
2. Apply for an Access Token directly from Dokobit – see here: https://www.dokobit.com/developers/request-token
Below are the step-by-step setup instructions
Step 1
Buy the plugin (if you haven‘t already) – direct link: https://clients.xnet.is/cart.php?gid=5
Step 2
When the payment process has been completed you can download the plugin. Go to “Vörur” -> “My Licenses” (note: you need to be logged in). Click “Virkur”.
Step 3
Download the plugin. Below the “Download Now” button you can see your License Key (you will need it later).
Step 4
Upload the plugin to your WordPress website and activate it. If there is an update available please update.
The settings for the plugin are under “Settings” -> Dokobit Settings in the WordPress admin.
Step 5
Dokobit NH License: Here you insert the License Key from clients.xnet.is (see step 3)
Access Token: Here you insert the token from Dokobit. If you haven’t already gotten a token you can apply for it here: https://www.dokobit.com/developers/request-token
New user roles: Here you choose the default role for new users who log into your website
Step 6
Now the WordPress Dokobit Identity Gateway should be active
